Delivering creative solutions for clients that assist in achieving business objectives is extremely satisfying.Understanding that online space needs constant maintenance is important.

A more recent focus within my career is the importance of brand visibility and positioning on SERPs. Undertaking projects to help clients reach their target markets organically has been interesting. The competitive nature and constant development of this practise is something intrigues me to continue learning.

Exposure to marketing technology is inevitable within this industry and something I love. Designing and implementing automated systems such as chatbots, email campaigns and CRM software requires logic and creative thinking to capture users information while serving a purpose.

It is difficult to escape analytics within the modern industry, especially when there is such a heavy focus on 'smart' marketing. With experience in industry standard and additional UX analytics tools, I am able to utilise captured data and apply my findings.

Being proficient in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Audacity, Premiere, XD, Dreamweaver) allows a marketer to apply their skills to projects requiring creative solutions. Content creation abilities include imagery, video and audio (podcast).

Management of client's social media campaigns across a range of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Ads. In-depth research and planning resulted in above industry benchmark metrics.

My career has seen me progress through agency life from an internship, business development and finally to digital marketing. Paired with prior experience in a fast paced start up company results in an adaptable mindset capable of finding solutions to a number of digital challenges.
