  • Managing key global accounts within the business, responsible for the majority of the company’s monthly revenue - Accounts include notable coffee and electrical appliance producers as well as exposure to other medium/high level clients.

  • Maintaining cart abandonment email campaigns, testing and optimising aspects of the setup to apply successful learnings across regional accounts increasing key performance metrics such as open, click, conversion rates & average order value.

  • As an eCommerce Strategist, my ultimate goal is to help grow businesses online by aligning their needs with Visualsoft products and services. Being the client’s primary point of contact for discussing opportunities for growth, I liaise with all of the necessary departments to ensure there is a suitable strategy in place, as well as being aware of any barriers to growth.

Digital Executive

March 2019 - January 2021

My responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: Landing page design, CMS and CRM management, UX analysis, Wire-framing, SEO, Email campaign and system automation, Chatbots. I perform a range of tasks within the agency's digital team, ranging from research to constructing and launching campaigns for a number of B2B clients. Initial tasks included social media advertising across range of social media platforms, including reporting and analysis, with which above industry benchmark metrics were achieved for our clients. Developing my digital and technical skills saw my role shift from involvement in social campaigns to project handling. 

Business Development Executive

December 2018 - March 2019

This role saw me assist the new-business-team to acquire new clients for the agency to service. While the position was research intensive, it developed my understanding of account based marketing (ABM) and how effective acute marketing practises can be in increasing a company's return on investment (ROI). While conducting research my ability to produce in-depth reports complete with analysis of the market landscapes, trends and competitors information strengthen. 

It was here that I began to support the internal sales & marketing team in content production (photography, videography and podcasts) and management in the agency's online thought leadership publication, THE Knowledge.

 

Research and Insights Internship

September 2018 - December 2018

The internship granted experience in multiple departments, from digital to public relations. Focusing on department assistance, the role required research to progress projects in order to deliver relevant insights to inform strategic decision making. It was critical that my findings provided clear recommendations with rationale.

Social media & marketing manager

January 2018 - May 2018

Conducting marketing activities to promote the distribution of the app through social media platforms and environmental displays. The fast paced working environment introduced a learning curve, developing the team's understanding of its target market. Objectives were set to increase customer reach and developing the company's online presence through content creation. Regular reporting was required to summarise marketing efforts and results for company meetings. 

Meetings lead to proposing, coordinating and implementing cost effective marketing campaigns to continue driving the growth of the app.

My experience and knowledge acquired over my years within industry and education have resulted in a broad skillset applicable to many. Accepting commissioned and pro-bono marketing projects allows me to exercise my skills and explore new avenues of digital marketing which otherwise I would not encounter in my primary line of employment.
