CMS management

Hosted on Wordpress, the non profit company's website used a basic theme which did not reflect their approach or values. The client required a website redesign alongside content management and other supplementary services. The process involved liaising remotely with the client to better understand their goals and how the website could better serve them.

The project was completed with a limited marketing budget as the company relied solely on donations from members or fundraising events to fund their activities. Wordpress already offered free design solutions with customisable elements, which were utilised for this project.

Assisting in content management, I provided SEO services when uploading new blogs, whilst also applying changes to pre-existing content on the site to help increase organic traffic. These changes involved adjustments to increase technical site health, monitored by online management systems. Tracking was setup to implement site performance, and used in UX analysis for future projects.
